There was a couple of good nurses aids, but most of the staff was uncaring. When you needed assistance and turned on the call light it would take up to an hour for the staff to respond. The residents would be left in their wheelchair all day instead of letting them lay back down.
If the residents didn't eat right away they would be left to sit until the meal was over then taken back to their room without eating. This is not a nursing home that I would recommend for long term care. I don't know how the rehabilitation part of the facility is run.
